I bought a pair of OC’s and within 5 weeks one shoe squeeked with each step. I went back to Dicks to ask them to replace them. They said there were no returns unless the merchandise was resable and that I should reach out directly to OC. What value add is Dicks? I will buy directly from the manufacturer in the future. Why bother with Dicks?

tried to get help from two workers and they both were so quiet and offered quite literally the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i’m not sure who the leadership is here or who trains these associates but they need to go over expectations. all the workers i passed looked at me like they were questioning why i was there… i walked out and disregarded what i wanted to buy because i was uncomfortable. no thanks.
